Assistant/Remote Facilities Storage Manager
Seeking a team player with OUTSTANDING customer service, who has the skills for one of our self-storage facility in the Banner Elk area as well as Run A couple other stores Remotely. We are a growing, team oriented self-storage company that strives to be the best wherever we are. This position is perfect for someone looking for FULL TIME hours. Hours are 8-6 M-S Sun 1-6
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customers are #1 and in this role, you will:
- Deliver superior customer service through proper phone techniques, as well as to walk-in customers
- Assist personal & business Customers with determining storage needs
- Rent storage units to attain store revenue goals
- Offer Sales of related merchandise
- Offer Insurance Products to protect Customers Stored Property
- Perform Property maintenance/upkeep
EXPERIENCE:
We are looking for candidates with 2 years of retail/sales experience who possess excellent customer service, communication skills to join our dynamic sales team. You will receive the training needed to excel in one of the fastest growing industries!

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
