Call Center Agent/Sales

Position: Call Center Sales Agent
Location: Lawton, Ok

We are in search of a self-storage call center agent, who specializes in sales and can convert leads. The ideal candidate for this position is detail focused, high energy, outgoing, and self-motivated, who enjoys a variety of duties and responsibilities. Primary responsibility will be assisting tenants in person as well as over the phone. MUST BE LOCATED IN LAWTON, OK.

Responsibilities:

• 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the call center environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Manages incoming calls and new renter leads.
• Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
• Deliver consistent high-quality service to customers
• Problem solve through a variety of challenges overcoming objections to secure leads into rentals.

Qualifications:

• No previous storage related experience is necessary, only the right attitude and willingness to learn.
• Call Center or sales experience is preferred
• Highly motivated individual with record of success in work, school, and community
• Willing and able to pass a background check/drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and personal transportation is required
