Property Manager/Call Center Agent

Position: Property Manager
Location: Lawton, Ok

We are in search of a self-storage property manager/call center agent. The ideal candidate for this position is detail focused, high energy, outgoing, and self-motivated, who enjoys a variety of duties and responsibilities. Primary responsibility will be assisting tenants in person as well as over the phone. MUST BE LOCATED IN LAWTON, OK.

Responsibilities:

• Manages incoming calls and new renters.
• Act as a liaison between tenants and company.
• Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
• Deliver consistent high-quality service to customers
• Problem solves through a variety of challenges ranging from customer inquiries, customer service issues, etc.
• Checks on units and basic cleanups of the facility grounds.

Qualifications:

• No previous storage related experience is necessary, only the right attitude and willingness to learn.
• Call Center or retail experience is preferred
• Highly motivated individual with record of success in work, school, and community
• Willing and able to pass a background check/drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and personal transportation is required
