Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse individuals
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Proficient in data entry and able to accurately enter information into computer systems
- Ability to analyze and problem-solve customer issues or concerns
