Position Overview
As the Director of Sales, you'll be at the forefront of hitting revenue targets and expanding our market share across all B2B channels. This role is all about developing strategic sales plans by channel and product and ensuring flawless execution. You'll be instrumental in driving brand awareness and collaborating to explore new growth opportunities. You'll lead and manage our inside sales team and oversee all independent outside sales reps.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, Manage, and Hold Accountable : Guide and inspire the sales team to achieve annual revenue targets.
- Strategic Planning : Develop and execute strategic plans to boost sales and enhance brand awareness across various channels and products.
- Opportunity Leveraging : Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities, coordinating cross-functional requirements.
- Customer Retention : Master customer retention strategies, focusing on healthy partner growth.
- Performance Oversight : Oversee independent rep performance and productivity, expanding the team as needed.
- Data-Driven Decisions : Utilize data to drive planning, activities, and measurements. Maintain weekly scorecards with clear performance indicators.
- CRM Mastery : Own sales CRM utilization and effectiveness.
- National Account Integration : Enhance national account integration by managing contracts, portals, communications, and entitlements.
- Trade Show Strategy : Select trade shows, set ROI expectations, and execute plans to deliver results.
- Pipeline Management : Continuously review and quantify sales deals / opportunities to maintain a strong pipeline.
- Marketing Collaboration : Work with Marketing to nurture house accounts and manage new leads.
- Product Lifecycle Management : Understand product lifecycles and define the best sales actions for each stage.
- Budget Management : Oversee budgets related to these responsibilities.
- Values Upholding : Uphold Storm Creek values and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Networking and Engagement : Participate in industry networking and community engagement.
- Leadership Participation : Actively engage in Leadership L10 meetings.
- Additional Duties : Take on additional duties and projects as required.

In addition to base compensation, you may be eligible for commissions based on specific sales goals and objectives.
