What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greeting and assisting clients in person and by phone
- Answering calls, managing voicemails, and routing client needs
- Helping with payments, policy updates, and everyday insurance documents
- Updating and organizing client information in our systems
- Supporting office tasks like mailings, filing, and document prep
- Keeping the office tidy, welcoming, and well-stocked
- Stepping in to support wherever needed—we’re all in this together!
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- The ability to stay organized while juggling a few things at once
- A positive attitude and a willingness to ask questions and learn
- Attention to detail and comfort with computers and email
- A team-oriented mindset and a desire to help others
- Bonus: Already licensed in Property & Casualty insurance
- If you’re not licensed yet, no problem—we’ll support you through it
