The Role
We’re looking for a Sales Development Team Leader to mentor, coach, and aid in the growth of top-performing Sales Trainees. If you're a proven leader who can drive performance and develop strong sales talent, this is your chance to lead from the front.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of sales trainees, helping them crush weekly and monthly KPIs
- Develop and execute outreach strategies that generate high-quality sales
- Monitor performance, provide real-time coaching, and run regular 1:1s
- Collaborate with the hiring and training teams to bring on and onboard top-tier talent
- Analyze data and metrics to improve processes and maximize ROI
- Create a competitive, motivating, and supportive team environment
- Be the example — driven, professional, and constantly leveling up
What We're Looking For
- Preferably 1–2 years of experience in sales development
- Experience in a leadership or mentorship role
- A strong willingness to understand the sales process, from prospecting to closing
- Great communication skills — confident, clear, and influential
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to lead from the front, motivate a team, and hold high standards
