The Storm Restorations of America family of companies have proudly been serving Missouri since 1972. Our team specializes in the insurance restoration industry, providing roof inspections at no cost to homeowners recently impacted by inclement weather, causing damage to their homes.
Job Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, support, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing, ensuring excellent customer service and follow-up.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the roofing industry.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Track and analyze sales metrics, reporting on progress and performance to senior management.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure smooth transitions from sales to project execution.
- Manage and grow relationships with key clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Maintain knowledge of roofing products, services, and technologies.
