The Client Services Manager/Property & Casualty/Commercial is responsible for managing an assigned book of business, providing external client support, and guiding the internal client management team. The role focuses on delivering effective Property & Casualty solutions, retaining existing business, and ensuring timely client service.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management:
- Serve as the main client contact, identifying and implementing Property & Casualty solutions to manage risk.
Collaboration:
- Work with Sales and Client Executive teams to support business growth, retention, and client onboarding.
Risk Assessment & Marketing:
- Conduct risk assessments and work with carriers to secure optimal coverage based on client needs.
Day-to-Day Servicing:
- Oversee client servicing tasks including coverage inquiries, endorsements, and billing coordination.
Carrier Relations:
- Maintain strong relationships with underwriters to ensure the best program placement and pricing for clients.
Leadership:
- Lead special projects, mentor staff, and train teams on operational processes.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field.
Experience:
- 5–10 years in Property & Casualty support and client management.
Licenses:
- Property & Casualty License required.
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
