HYBRID in Cleveland, Ohio
Job Title: Contract Manufacturing Recruiter
Contract-To-Hire is a real possibility
We need a recruiter who knows manufacturing
Ideal candidate should have onsite manufacturing recruiting experience.
Experienced recruiting for maintenance techs, welders, machinists, production supervisors, and leadership. Someone who gets what it's like to support a high-volume, fast-moving manufacturing environment and isn’t afraid to dive in headfirst.
This is a contract role with the potential for long-term work (and even permanent, if it’s the right fit).
What you'll be doing:
Owning full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing roles — everything from production operators to skilled trades to front-line leaders
Building real relationships with candidates, not just checking boxes
Working directly with hiring managers who value speed, quality, and no fluff
Sourcing through all the usual tools — Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals, ATS, etc.
Keeping things organized, tracking activity, and staying on top of open requisitions
We’d love to talk if you:
Have 2 years of manufacturing recruiting experience (contract or perm)
Bonus points if you have worked onsite at a large MFG plant or facility
Know how to talk the talk with supervisors and skilled trades folks
Can juggle a high volume of roles without dropping the ball
Communicate clearly — no corporate jargon needed
Experience with Job Fairs and Campus recruiting.
What you get:
Hybrid work from home 2 days per week
Competitive hourly pay
The chance to really make an impact — your work will help keep plants running
