Storm Search is looking for a DIRECT HIRE Product Line Manager in the Thomaston, CT area!!
- Must be willing to travel! (NYC, CT, NJ, International)
- Work collaboratively with Marketing and Sales teams.
- Skilled with creating and delivering presentations.
- Bilingual is a plus!
What You’ll Do:
- Develop market strategies and identify growth opportunities in the North American fragrance industry
- Conduct market mapping, competitive analysis, and trend research
- Manage product positioning, pricing, margin optimization, and capacity planning
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to drive business success
- Support the Sales Team with pricing strategies, value propositions, and customer presentations
- Represent Silgan at trade shows, customer visits, and industry events
What We’re Looking For:
- 4 years of experience in Fragrance, Beauty, Personal Care, or Packaging
- Strong business acumen, financial analysis, and market research skills
- Ability to balance customer needs with operational efficiency
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- High proficiency in Excel (French & SAP are a plus)
- Willingness to travel up to 25% (domestic & international)
