The Executive Administrative Assistant is a high-impact, strategic role responsible for providing comprehensive executive support to the CEO while managing key projects that drive operational efficiency and business growth. This individual will serve as the CEO’s right hand, ensuring seamless communication, effective time management, and execution of high-priority initiatives.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. They must possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong ability to multitask while maintaining discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Executive Administrative Support:
Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Draft, review, and organize emails, memos, and communications.
Assist in board meeting preparation, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
Project Management:
Lead and oversee special projects assigned by the CEO, ensuring timely completion.
Develop project plans, track progress, and provide regular updates.
Collaborate with department heads to streamline processes and improve efficiencies.
Conduct research and provide recommendations on key business initiatives.
Ensure follow-through on action items and strategic priorities set by the CEO.
Operations & Strategic Support:
Support operational improvements by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions.
Liaise with leadership and cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives.
Monitor industry trends and provide insights that support business decisions.
Assist with budget tracking, vendor management, and expense reporting.

Required Skills/ Abilities:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, “can-do” attitude.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
Education/Experience/Licenses/Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but relevant experience will be considered.
Proven experience in executive administration, project management, or a similar role.
Previous Community Relations in SW Florida
Board Interactions
Previous experience in Home Services, B2C,
PMP certification a plus
