About the Role
As the Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will be at the forefront of driving revenue and growth through impactful partnerships. You’ll build and nurture relationships with key players in the financial and technology sectors, structuring and executing deals that generate long-term value. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, commercial expertise, and hands-on execution to bring high-profile partnerships to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for partnerships with major software firms, incorporation services, and financial institutions.
- Identify and close high-revenue partnerships, focusing on multi-million-dollar opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with executive-level partners to foster ongoing collaboration.
- Work closely with internal teams—including product and operations—to ensure seamless partner integration.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to successfully launch and scale partnerships.
- Build and refine processes that support sustainable partnership growth and performance tracking.
- Provide market insights and strategic recommendations to leadership based on partnership trends.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 8 years in strategic business development, partnerships, investment banking, or management consulting.
- Proven ability to structure, negotiate, and execute complex deals.
- Strong commercial instincts with a deep understanding of financial services and technology-driven partnerships.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams through large-scale initiatives.
- Ability to communicate and present effectively to C-level executives.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $150,000 - $160,000, plus performance-based variable compensation and equity.
