💰 Competitive Salary - $150k - $170k (20% bonus)

A fast-growing healthcare AI platform that leverages data-driven insights to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency is seeking a senior leader to drive operational excellence and scalability. With impressive growth and an innovative suite of AI solutions in the market, they’re looking for a Director/VP of Operations to streamline processes, optimize performance, and support rapid expansion within the VBC and ACO space.

You'll be responsible for managing operations end-to-end, overseeing your own team, and driving both growth and efficiency. This includes bringing in new clinics while optimizing existing operations, achieving shared saving goals, expanding market presence and driving business development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership – Oversee daily operations of that include ACOs and an IPA, ensuring compliance and efficiency in value-based care.
• Strategic Growth & Business Development – Identify new market opportunities, build partnerships, and lead contract negotiations to drive expansion.
• Shared Savings & Financial Performance – Optimize cost management, improve patient outcomes, and oversee financial performance to meet/exceed targets.
• Quality & Compliance – Ensure adherence to CMS regulations, drive quality improvement, and maintain accreditation standards.
• Team Leadership & Development – Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and results-driven culture.
• Market Intelligence & Innovation – Stay ahead of industry trends, deploy innovative solutions, and represent the company at key industry events.

Requirements:

• 7 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations, business development, or value-based care (ACOs/IPAs preferred)
• Expertise in healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, and performance optimization.
• Proven ability to drive growth, build partnerships, and negotiate contracts.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, particularly in shared savings and risk-based models.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for value-based care innovation.
• Strategic thinker with strong execution and results-driven approach.
• Collaborative leader who fosters a high-performance culture.
• Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, evolving healthcare landscape.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field (MBA/MHA preferred).
