A Brief Overview
Services Technicians perform a wide range of duties internally to ensure the ongoing operation of Food Connection. Duties can range between nutritional services, cleaning, proper food safety and cashier support
Education Qualifications
Experience Qualifications
- 6 months Experience in a service industry. Required
- 6 months Experience working in a hospital. Preferred 6 months Cash register experience. Preferred
Skills and Abilities
- Ability to read a limited number of two- and three- syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak simple sentences. (Required proficiency) Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables. (Required proficiency)
What you will do
- Operate cash register and be responsible for the cash flow from the customer sales during their scheduled shift.
- Accurately complete and compile cash reports and meal tickets.
- Will be responsible for the maintenance of sanitation of assigned work areas.
- Collect trash from containers in the immediate area and dispose of properly.
- Will wash and sanitize dishware, utensils, glass, pots and pans, and other such items, and the equipment used to transport and store such items. Meets requirements of health and safety standards.
