Job Title: Director of Brand Marketing
Location: Miami, Florida (Hybrid)
Starting Salary: $150,000 per year
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Director of Brand Marketing to join our team and play a critical role in driving brand recognition, overseeing campaigns, and building impactful partnerships. Reporting directly to the CEO, this leadership position requires a proven track record in branding, team development, and growth-focused marketing strategies within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage rebranding initiatives and oversee end-to-end marketing campaigns.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand recognition and drive company growth.
• Establish and manage partnerships with other brands, influencers, and companies.
• Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, including hiring and team development.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to ensure successful campaign outcomes and business objectives.
• Align marketing efforts with overall business strategies in collaboration with the CEO.
Must-Have Qualifications:
• Leadership Experience: Proven success in managing teams, hiring talent, and fostering growth.
• CPG Background: Extensive experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
• Revenue Expertise: Prior experience working in companies with annual revenues of $50M or more.
• Strategic Marketing Skills: Expertise in branding, rebranding, campaign oversight, and partnership development.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Residency in Florida or willingness to relocate to Miami, FL.
• Strong understanding of KPI analysis and its application to marketing strategies.
• Experience collaborating with influencers, executing partnerships, and driving brand growth.
