What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full-Time Real Estate Administrative Assistant position at Stott Real Estate, Inc.?
Stott Real Estate, Inc. is looking for a full-time real estate administrative assistant. The successful candidate will work directly with the Principal Broker and licensed agents to prepare listing documention, make properties ready to sell, coordinate showings, gather information to update clients, and periodically check on properties.
Responsibilities Include:
· Answer the phones and transfer calls to staff members.
· Coordinate activities necessary to make a property ready to sell.
· Assist Listing Agent with staging properties.
· Gather the necessary information to enter a listing into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
· Coordinate showings and open up homes to potential buyers and their agents.
· Solicit feedback from buyers agents who show the listings.
· Run errands associated with listing and selling homes.
· Coordinate with marketing assistant to market listings to other real estate agents and the general public.
· Help maintain the CRM database and company website as directed.
Requirements:
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Software and working with different cloud-based databases.
· Proficient in updating website content.
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
· Must be able to proactively manage multiple listings, and their associated checklists.
· Be proficient with Customer Relationship Management software.
· Must have a car.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 per year
