- Tuesday–Friday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Remote after 5:00 PM, based on weekly needs)
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (In-office)

Key Responsibilities
Client Communication (Call Center Support)
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound follow-ups with professionalism and empathy
- Assist clients with questions, appointment scheduling, and service-related concerns
- Accurately log client interactions in our CRM and follow up on open issues
- Meet call performance expectations (response time, call quality, resolution)
- Greet and seat clients, offer refreshments, and create a warm office environment
- Prepare materials for attorney meetings (folders, design packets, invoices)
- Assist with payments, appointment rescheduling, and conference room readiness
- Provide backup coverage for the Front Office Coordinator when needed
- Scan, upload, and organize client documents in the CRM system
- Coordinate with attorneys and client services team to resolve client needs
- Support data accuracy and handle confidential information with discretion
- 2 years of customer service or call center experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Professional demeanor and a client-first mindset
- Experience with CRM systems and office software (Microsoft Teams, Outlook, etc.)
- Comfortable working independently during remote evening hours
- Must be available for in-person work on Saturdays
- Previous experience in a professional services setting (legal, medical, finance, etc.)
- Familiarity with call center metrics (call volume, first-call resolution, etc.)
- Hybrid work schedule with flexible evening hours
