StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a Configuration/Management Analyst, Junior in Patuxent River MD to support our NAVAIR customer. The Configuration Management Analyst, Junior provides essential support to configuration management and data tracking efforts for aircraft and related product programs. The analyst ensures data integrity, manages configuration control processes, and supports engineering and technical documentation workflows. The Configuration/Management Analyst, Junior will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following requirements:
Essential Functions:
- Assist more senior team members with the following:
- Interpret, and organize technical and programmatic data related to aircraft systems and acquisition products.
- Maintain configuration control of program documentation and acquisition-related data throughout the product lifecycle.
- Track and document all configuration changes, ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures.
- Coordinate and support the development, review, and processing of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs).
- Assist in the creation and implementation of Technical Directives (TDs) to communicate changes and updates.
- Apply government-mandated procedures for documentation management, change control, and data configuration oversight.
- Support data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Organize and manage large volumes of technical data and records efficiently.
- Multitask across multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience Requirements:
- 0–3 years of professional experience in configuration management, data management, or related administrative support.
- Proficiency in data entry, organization, and information tracking.
- Experience with CMPro is preferred but not required.
Education Requirements:
- BA/BS degree
- Allowable Substitution for BA/BS Degree include:
- Associate degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree. OR
- Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.
Security Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
