Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to ensure efficient operation in our office environment. Duties: - Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents. - Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff. - Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations. - Answer and direct phone calls and emails to relevant personnel. - Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level. - Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner. - Assist in resolving administrative problems. Qualifications: - Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. - Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. - Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. - Ability to transcribe documents accurately. - Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks is a plus. - Experience with Google Suite applications is preferred. - Knowledge of DocuSign or similar electronic signature software is advantageous.
