Day Server/ Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Whether in a fine dining restaurant, nightclub, or catering event, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system; process payments efficiently.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during banquet or catering events to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Manage time effectively during busy shifts to maintain service quality without compromising speed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse clientele.
• Familiarity with POS systems for processing orders and payments efficiently.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours.
• A passion for mixology and knowledge of cocktail recipes is a plus; experience in fine dining or banquet settings is highly desirable.
