Responsible for contributing to the improvement of the business processes by standardizing and streamlining current state processes and implementing new work processes and other technologies through partnership with Operations units.

- Graduate of any 4 or 5-year course, preferably related to Business and/ or Engineering
- Must have 2-3 years work experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the BPO industry
- Must have background in Business Process Reengineering/Management, QMS, Quality Control and Six Sigma
- Must have at least 1-2 years of experience in supervisory role overseeing quality management and with ISO QMS background
- Must have excellent knowledge in performing root cause analysis (business and data analysis)
- Must have background in systems analysis and process auditing
- Must have time and project management skills
- Must have solid business and data analysis experience
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be proficient in MS Office applications (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint
