What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant/Accounting Assistant position at Strande Construction LLC.?
We are a growing construction business that works on custom homes, remodels, and development. We mainly work in Anaconda, Butte and Georgetown Lake areas. Offices are located in Anaconda.
Hiring: Administrative Assistant
Schedule:
· Monday-Friday
· Flexible hours between 8am and 5pm. (Remote work possible 1-2 days a week)
· Part time (24-32 hours a week) with potential full time administrative or project management position with benefits (medical, dental, vision, personal time off, holiday pay)
Must:
· Must be organized and detail oriented
· Basic computer knowledge- word and excel required
· Basic administrative skills (data entry, filing)
· Team player and work well with others
· Must be willing to help in the office or job sites as needed.
· Reliable transportation
Preferred
· 2 years of administrative experience a plus
· Basic knowledge of construction and design a plus
· Knowledge of Dropbox, Adobe, Zoom, and Docusign
Job tasks:
Paper filing, Dropbox filing, data entry, phones calls to sub-contractors, help coordinate schedules, materials ordering, job progress tracking, weekly meetings, transcribe meeting notes, light cleaning in office and on job sites, job site visits, set up online meetings, working closely with owners and site supervisor. Aid in the preparation of monthly customer invoicing. Willing to help anywhere needed.

Pay: $19.00 - $28.00 per hour
