Location: We are conveniently located in Fort Greene on Lafayette Ave, just steps away from the 2,3,4,5,B,D,N,Q,R,W,G,C trains and plenty of other public transportation options.

**All new hires will be cross trained for all three positions**
Training Begins May 13th
Rate of Pay: $16/hr plus tips
General Hours: Wed-Sun 3pm-12am
Busser & Barback Responsibilities Include:
- Glassware Prep, garnish stock
- Water Service
- Bar and Dining Room cleanliness: clearing and resetting bar top and tables, pre-bussing between courses, crumbing bar after courses
- Understanding of workplace safety protocol, NYC DOH Food Handling is a plus
- Able to clean, sanitize, and work cleanly in an open kitchen environment that serves raw food
- Checking and replacing garbages
- Checking and replacing dirty bus tubs
- Bringing dirty glassware to dish pit and/or bar
Food Runner Responsibilities Include:
- Working closely with the KM & kitchen
- Ability to safely and quickly move throughout restaurant
- Delivering food to specific table and seat numbers
- Understanding the importance of not "auctioning off" food at tables or leaving food at the tables when guests aren't ready
- Drop Lines for each table
- Alerting any guests with allergies which items they cannot have
- Thorough knowledge of the menu, anticipate immediate needs (extra sauce, etc) after each course is dropped
- Bi-lingual preferred
Physical Requirements:
- The capability to meet the physical and scheduling demand of the position, including walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods, and working nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift or carry items weighing 10-30 pounds on a regular basis and up to 50 pounds on a regular or occasional basis.
- Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly frequent movements from place to place within the property. Bend, lift, carry, reach/extend arms, and hands above shoulder height frequently, or otherwise move in a constantly changing environment.
- Climbing steps regularly.
- Applicants must be 21 years of age or older.
