Summary

Receiving material and shipping high performance aftermarket auto parts for Professional Drag Racing and NASCAR teams

Duties

• Receiving and inspecting the quality and quantity of incoming shipments, and comparing them to records
• Moving inventory to locations using a forklift
• Constructing skids for shipping, and securing items on skids for shipping.
• Packaging and weighing shipments
• Preparing and printing shipping labels
• Recording shipment details for orders
• Verifying contents of picked orders for accuracy of outgoing shipment.
• Maintaining stock in proper locations.
• Keeping the workplace clean and organized.
• Performing other duties as given by the Supervisor
  
  

Requirements

• Have basic measuring skills
• Have Forklift experience
• Be able to push, pull and lift 50 lbs. unassisted
• Be able to stand for 8 hours a day
• Strong work ethic and highly motivated
• Meticulous attention to detail and well organized
• Strong communication skills in English
• Enjoy being part of a team
• Able to work in a fast-paced constantly-changing environment with tight deadlines and occasional long hours
