- Organizes and manages the office functions. Inventories all office supplies, and orders supplies and materials as needed.
- Completes all necessary forms, letters or reports, in proper form and on schedule as requested by the Principal or District Administrators.
- Must consistently meet timelines and be able to multi-task.
- Assists in seeing that any injured person is given proper first-aid.
- Assists students in making phone calls to parents as approved by the Principal.
- Prepares, assembles and/or disseminates materials about the availability of
- Brings to the attention of the Principal, any problem or concern, that relates to
- Maintains a high level of ethical behavior in regard to any information available in the District office.
- Performs all other duties requested by the building Administrators or Superintendent of Schools.

TITLE: OFFICE CLERK
Job Focus: To enhance student achievement by providing assistance to the Principal and the School Secretary with the duties of the school office.
Line of Supervision: Responsible to and evaluated by the building Principal.

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Must have high school diploma or its equivalent.
2. Must have reasonable typing skills (minimum 40 words per minute).
3. Must have working knowledge of copiers, computers/software.
4. Must have ability to file information in a logical sequence and with a high degree of accuracy, so that if needed, it can be retrieved with speed and ease.
5. Must be willing to service requests from people.
6. Must like to be around children.
7. Must be willing to take directions from supervisors.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 190 days per year. Salary and other benefits in accordance with the Sauk Village Classified Staff Collective Bargaining Agreement
