Roles :
Advanced knowledge of CNC G&M Code Programing. Haas and Tsugami
Develop works prints and instructions, as needed.
Proficient knowledge of Algebra, Geometry and Trigonometry
Advanced Computer Skills, CAD, CAM, PPT and Excel
Efficient use of Problem-Solving methodology and apply as needed.
Develop and Lead training activities and develop training materials.
Develop process layout and document detailed work instructions.
Serve as technical expert for Machining area.
Responsibilities :
Selects appropriate machine tools, materials, and processes for machining of simple parts.
Effectively able to formulate and articulate schedule.
Interfaces with all departments to best accomplish tasks assigned.
Able to work in a group and / or independently.
Exhibit a high degree of ethics.
Produce High Quality work, free of defects.
Effectively communicate job status, potential machine issues, potential quality issues and / or any other relevant concerns, through speaking, writing, and active listening.
Possess exceptional attention to detail.
Good team worker and positive attitude
Learn and adapt to complex Manufacturing Processes
Ability to work independently.
Performs housekeeping of machine and work area
Other duties as assigned.
Continues to advance skills and learn new technologies.
