Qualifications for the Insurance Sales Representative/Agent:
· 4-40 Insurance License is required
· At least 1 year of sales or client-facing experience is highly preferred
· Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
· Strong attention to detail
· Excellent analytical skills
· Must be computer literate, tech savvy
· Works well in a fast paced environment
· Must be able to multitask
· Very strong interpersonal communication skills
Responsibilities for the Insurance Sales Representative/Agent:
· Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls
· Generate sales leads
· Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
· Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
· Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
· Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow-up to ensure resolution
· Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
· Take the extra mile to engage customers

Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established and cross sell to expand portfolio
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- There is some light customer service work on existing policies as back up to the customer service team
Requirements
- Must be a licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Agent with at least 2 years of solid insurance sales experience.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified time frame.
- Successful sales background.
- Driven and goal-oriented individual.
Salary : $65,000 - $100,000
