About the Role
This hands-on position undertakes both aboveground and underground electrical work as directed. The Electrical Journeyman executes solar PV system installations following the lead of the Electrical Foreman. Candidates for this position must be willing to travel to assigned jobsites.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure good housekeeping throughout site.
- Responsible for the upkeep of all company-issued tools and equipment.
- Demonstrate leadership skills and be able to lead a team of apprentices and laborers.
- Monitor Safety, Quality, and Efficiency of scheduled work for the day.
- Mentor junior crew members.
- Provide material request to Electrical Foreman.
