About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team at Strata Clean Energy, a leader in sustainable energy careers. As an Electrical Foreman, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality solar installations while ensuring the safety and efficiency of our projects.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing the installation of solar PV systems, monitoring the safety and quality of subcontractor's work, and ensuring the work progresses in accordance with contract documents and CPM schedule.
You will also be responsible for providing guidance and direction to the electrical subcontractor with respect to project quality and safety requirements, as well as monitoring progress to ensure work is planned and executed in accordance with project priorities and CPM schedule.
Additionally, you will coordinate with other discipline subcontractors, monitor material inventory control, and maintain neat work areas and efficient laydown areas.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of commercial construction supervision experience
- Solar installation experience required
- Journeyman electrician
- OSHA 10 certification
- NABCEO Entry Level Certification preferred
- NABCEP PV Certification preferred
