Title/Position: HR Administrator

Stratacent is seeking a proficient HR Administrator to join our team in Jersey . The HR Administrator will be responsible for managing local benefits, HR administration, including benefits enrolment and new employee onboarding activities. The ideal candidate will also have some exposure with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and VMS (Vendor Management Systems).
Responsibilities:
Administering and managing employee benefits in the US, and regulatory compliance and overseeing payroll compliance
Providing comprehensive HR administrative support, including maintaining employee records, preparing reports, and assisting with HR related inquiries
Facilitating the enrolment process for new hires, including preparation of documentation, orientation, and integration into the company
Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems and Vendor Management Systems to liaise with the clients' procurement teams.
Adhering to local employment laws and regulations, prepare reports as needed, and assist in audits and compliance checks.
Assisting with various HR projects and initiatives, including employee relations, performance management, facilitating new joiner inductions, running and employee engagement activities etc.
Skills required:
Experience in HR administration, particularly with local benefits, and new employee onboarding requirements.
Good knowledge and experience with ATS and VMS platforms.
Sound understanding of HR best practices, including enrolment, onboarding, and general HR administrative tasks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance in all HR processes.
Familiarity with local employment laws and regulations.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
The incumbent will be required to work from our office in Jersey City for 2 days a week
