What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Administrator position at Stratacent?
Stratacent is seeking a proficient HR Administrator to join our team in Jersey. The HR Administrator will be responsible for managing local benefits, HR administration, including benefits enrolment and new employee onboarding activities. The ideal candidate will also have some exposure with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and VMS (Vendor Management Systems).
Responsibilities :
- Administering and managing employee benefits in the US, and regulatory compliance and overseeing payroll compliance
- Providing comprehensive HR administrative support, including maintaining employee records, preparing reports, and assisting with HR related inquiries
- Facilitating the enrolment process for new hires, including preparation of documentation, orientation, and integration into the company
- Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems and Vendor Management Systems to liaise with the clients' procurement teams.
- Adhering to local employment laws and regulations, prepare reports as needed, and assist in audits and compliance checks.
- Assisting with various HR projects and initiatives, including employee relations, performance management, facilitating new joiner inductions, running and employee engagement activities etc.
