Job Overview : This role is for a dedicated molecular / cellular biologist for a 12-month contract role in Watertown, MA, focused on conducting assays, mechanistic studies, and data analysis to support drug discovery in a collaborative biotech environment.
Primary Job Responsibilities :
- Conduct cellular assays to analyze small molecules and genetic tools for mechanism of action insights.
- Perform qRT-PCR, immunoblots, plate-based assays, and prepare samples for RNAseq to evaluate RNA and protein modulation.
- Process in vivo study samples, analyze data, and effectively communicate findings within the team and company.
