Strategic Analysis, Inc (SA) is seeking a versatile, skilled Action Officer to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) activities. ARPA-H requires an Action Officer for the Office of Legislative and Governmental Affairs, to play a crucial role in the planning, coordination, and execution of related activities within the ARPA-H organization.
Specific Duties Required:
- Provide administrative support to the DLGA team through a variety of tasks and deliverables.
- Attend weekly Action Officer Meetings and report out to the team and stay apprised of work DLGA.
- Support DLGA with Executive Secretariat reports.
- Maintain access to SAAVI (HHS clearance software system) and process clearance requests at ARPA-H.
- Assist DLGA Director and team with PowerPoint slide decks.
- Assist DLGA Director with performance metrics and reporting – e.g. 30/60/90-day goals and OKRs development and reporting.
- Some scheduling duties as required.
Experience/Expertise Required:
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment that included interaction with government agencies and/or Congress.
- 2-5 years of experience as a special or executive assistant.
- Strong writing and communications skills.
- Must be detailed with strong organizational skills and ability to track multiple tasks across DLGA and ARPA-H simultaneously.
- Flexible and able to juggle more than one task at a time.
