Strategic Analysis, Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Logistics Coordinator to support the travel coordination of military officers and their support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements, including air travel and lodging, using the Defense Travel System (DTS) and commercial systems. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading government contractor and support the national security mission.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate travel arrangements for military officers, including booking air travel and lodging using DTS
- Create and manage travel authorizations, reservations, and vouchers in DTS
- Ensure compliance with all relevant travel regulations, including the Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) and the Defense Travel Regulation (DTR)
- Provide exceptional customer service to military officers and other stakeholders, responding to travel-related inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other travel coordinators, administrative personnel, and military officers to ensure seamless travel planning and execution
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of travel arrangements, including flight itineraries, hotel reservations, and travel expenses
- Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of travel documents and vouchers
- Provide support for other travel-related tasks, including arranging for rental cars, flights, and other travel services as needed
