We are seeking a proactive and driven self-starter to lead the development and execution of our EMEA (Europe, the Middle East, and Africa) business development strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating high-quality leads for premium products in niche markets. This role requires a blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution, perfect for someone who thrives on taking initiative and delivering results.
You’ll be responsible for :
- Lead Generation :
- Develop and execute lead-generation strategies through various channels, including online marketing, social media, and networking events, as well as platforms such as Cognism and Dripify.
- Identify potential clients who align with Strategic Coach’s target audience.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate UK events strategy, including conferences, webinars, and potential partnerships.
- Develop and execute regional marketing campaigns for EMEA that align with Strategic Coach’s global marketing objectives and support the EMEA sales team.
- Manage the EMEA social media strategy, aligned with global strategies, to drive leads, engagement, and awareness.
- Track and analyse marketing campaign performance.
- Work closely with the global marketing team to roll out campaigns for the UK where appropriate.
- Create a multi-channel referral and reactivation campaign to drive UK registrations.
- Attend monthly Strategic Coach workshops in London.
- Stay up to date with marketing trends and best practices in the entrepreneurial coaching industry.
- Collaborate with the global marketing team to adapt and localise marketing content for the EMEA audience, ensuring cultural relevance and resonance.
- Work closely with the UK team and regional sales leader to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
- Analytics & Reporting :
- Track and analyse the performance of marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
