We are seeking a dedicated professional to support the ongoing development of the Money Guiders service, an innovative initiative that empowers organisations and practitioners across the UK to deliver high-quality money guidance. Currently in Phase 2, the programme focuses on enhancing and expanding learning opportunities for practitioners, with ambitious plans for scaling up in Phase 3.
As part of the Money Guiders Learning and Award team, you will play a crucial role in delivering of a comprehensive suite of money guidance eLearning, supporting learner assessments and digital credentials, and providing exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibilities will include coordination, contract management, change control, and process development across the workstream.

Flexible Working
At MaPS, we take pride in our flexible approach to work. As standard, we work on a hybrid basis with a minimum of 2 days in the office per week. Hybrid working is a voluntary, non-contractual arrangement and our headquarters in Bedford will be your contractual place of work. The number of days that anyone will be able to work at home will be determined primarily by business needs, but personal and other relevant circumstances will also be considered. If you are successful, any opportunities for hybrid working, including whether a hybrid working arrangement is suitable for you, will be discussed with you prior to you taking up your post.

Role Overview
The Digital Learning Coordinator will report directly to the Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinate the production and updating process for eLearning modules, assessments, instructional pages, and other digital assets.
- Manage contracts with content creators, editors, subject matter experts, and digital learning specialists.
- Maintain content catalogues, change control, and quality assurance documentation to support external accreditation.
- Develop and coordinate processes that enhance operational performance across the team.
- Create visual process diagrams, system maps, and guides to adapt to changing operational needs.
- Resolve user issues related to accessing content and completing assessments, liaising with suppliers and learners.
- Collaborate proactively with team members to deliver operational plans and ensure a high-quality learner experience.
- Work closely with the Money Guiders programme team to provide seamless customer support.
- Participate actively in the Money Guiders team, contributing to the success of the programme.
Skills And Experience Required
To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
- Strong coordination and administrative skills
- Experience of managing contracts
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a variety of internal and external stakeholders - a demonstrable commitment to customer care
- Experience of a range of software packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, Teams and collaboration tools such as Miro
