VP/Director of Customer Success
Leading SaaS company seeks a strategic VP/Director of Customer Success to drive operational excellence and customer experience. Reporting to the CEO, this leader will oversee a growing team while developing and implementing customer success strategies across the organization.
Term: Full-time/Direct hire
Salary: Up to 175k in base salary DOE Bonus Equity
Location: Onsite in Santa Clarita, CA
Leadership Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a multi-functional team
- Drive customer success strategy and initiatives
- Optimize operational processes and automation
- Oversee implementation and support functions
- Partner with executive team on strategic planning
Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in Customer Success Product Support
- 3-4 years of experience in B2B SaaS
- 3 years of experience managing distributed teams
- Technical aptitude and understanding of support operations
