Term: Full-time/Direct hire
Salary: up to 110k DOE Benefits
Location: Remote, USA (must live in Fayetteville, AR)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the entire project lifecycle: from initial planning and scoping to successful go-live.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects stay on track.
- Foster strong client relationships and build trust through exceptional communication.
- Champion continuous improvement of project management methodologies.
Must-Haves:
- 3 years of experience as an Implementation Project Manager.
- 2-3 years of experience in a SaaS environment.
- Prior experience managing software implementations, software configurations, and/or system integrations.
- Strong technical acumen and a solid grasp of system architecture.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
