Title : Corporate Paralegal
Location : 3 days / week on-site in Venice, CA
Salary : Up to $120k in base 15% bonus Equity Options Benefits
What You'll Do :
- Review and analyze leases, contracts, and real estate agreements for compliance and risk.
- Support transactional processes, due diligence, and legal documentation.
- Utilize legal technology tools such as iManage, Workshare, and RedLine software.
