What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grants Administrator position at Strategic Employment?
A well-established non-profit, which promotes public safety and humane treatment in the justice system, through accreditation, education, and public advocacy, is hiring a Grants Administrator in their healthcare education division. This hire's duties include, but are not limited to, documenting all incoming grants, generating reports and presentations for the department and monitoring any opportunities for future grants. This is a contract-to-hire position with the potential to convert to full-time after 6 months.
Requirements :
- 2 years of experience in a position involving grants administration or management for a non-profit organization
- Experience with grant reporting, compliance and modification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time (5 conferences a year, paid for by company)
