A nationally renowned law firm with a distinguished history of success in high-stakes litigation, is seeking (3) motivated and experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal's to join its collaborative and team-oriented culture.
As one of the senior-most Litigation Paralegal's within the team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the most critical litigation cases within the firm, working on all phases of the litigation lifecycle. The ability to collaborate with all members of the litigation team and mentor junior paralegal staff as needed is required.
Qualifications :
- 3-7 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal with a strong focus on employment law.
- Proven experience in all phases of the litigation lifecycle, including e-discovery.
- Exceptional technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, legal research databases, and e-discovery platforms.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to take initiative and maintain a results-oriented approach.
