An expanding manufacturing company seeks a highly motivated and results-oriented Operations / Supply Chain Manager. This hire will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire supply chain, from raw material procurement to finished goods delivery. They will collaborate closely with leadership to develop and implement efficient strategies across purchasing, warehousing, and logistics. This is a hands-on position with significant growth potential, including managing a team of 4-6 direct reports as they expand their operations in the coming years.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and finished goods.
- Manage all aspects of procurement, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
- Oversee inventory management, including forecasting, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations.
- Optimize logistics processes, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall supply chain performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, sales, finance) to ensure smooth and seamless operations.
