What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Legal Assistant position at Strategic Employment?
A well established property management company that has experienced large amounts of growth in recent years is looking to add a Legal Assistant. This hire will be supporting four property managers to complete and review legal documents for their portfolios, including renewals, new leases and terminations. They will also be assisting with the administrative functions of a new CRM office wide implentation and complete administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements :
- 5 yrs of experience in real-estate, ideally commercial property management as a legal assistant, legal secretary, or paralegal in a paralegal
- Confident navigating through commerical property management documents to review renewals, leases and terminations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to flag, report and correct inconsistencies
- CRM experience (Yardi and / or CommercialEdge is a plus) or demonstrated ability to learn and utilize realestate software
