We are seeking a detail-oriented, thoughtful, and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support our dynamic recruiting process. The successful individual will assist with sourcing candidates, schedule interviews, plan and execute on campus events and manage the summer intern program. As our Recruiting Coordinator, you'll be an integral part of the Recruiting team and will report directly to the Director of Recruiting.
Job Responsibilities :
- Manage the applicant tracking system
- Screen resumes for various positions
- Schedule interviews
- Conduct hiring trend reports
- Collaborate with the Director of Recruiting to create job descriptions and post them on various sites
- Manage complex scheduling processes involving multiple interviews, assessments and coordination of schedules
- Prepare training materials, presentations and evaluations
- Assist with college campus recruiting events, minimal travel required
- Provide timely recruiting reports
- Support the hiring team in developing recruiting methods, interview questions and reference checks
- Assist in organizing and executing various recruitment events
- Prepare reports and metrics on recruiting activities
