Strategy Financial Group is seeking a Relationship Manager position for Scottsdale Office. This is an on-site position and candidates must be able to work primarily in the office.
Position Overview:
Assist the Financial Advisor in preparing and implementing customized financial plans, processing life insurance and long-term care applications, and managing client paperwork. Support client and prospect meetings by gathering data, preparing reports, and following up on applications. Build and maintain strong relationships with high-touch clients by providing exceptional service and proactive communication. Maintain industry-specific reports, understand investment products, and contribute to team goals in a collaborative environment.
Minimum Requirements:
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in processing and relationship management. The ideal candidate will have:
- A college degree (preferred but not required)
- 2 years of experience in processing within a relationship management environment
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
This role requires a proactive approach to client service, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare, present to Financial Advisor, and assist in implementing customized financial plans.
· Prepare paperwork needed for prospect/client meetings.
· Prepare & meet with prospects/clients to sign term life insurance applications and long-term care applications. Follow up processing paperwork until policy is issued.
· Follow up processing paperwork until policy is issued.
· Assist main Advisor with meeting individual and team goals.
· Review notes from all prospect meetings, gather data & prepare forms, illustrations, quotes & any additional reports as needed for prospect & client appointments. Contact prospects to obtain missing data to prepare for upcoming appointments.
· Prepare and maintain a variety of industry-specific reports.
· Understand investment products used & recommended for prospects/clients.
· Persistence to achieve goals and ability to fulfill unique role in a cooperative team environment.
