Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid position for a client services associate (CSA) in Bellaire, TX. The CSA's responsibilities include providing high-level client service, operational support, and administrative assistance to ensure efficient service delivery. Working closely with financial advisors, this individual will play a key role in client communications, account management, and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
· Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (preferred but not required).
· 3 years of experience in client service, financial planning support, or advisory operations.
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
· Experience with Schwab, Salesforce, and financial planning tools (eMoney is a plus).
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
· Problem-solving skills and ability to handle time-sensitive situations with professionalism.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Bellaire, TX for a Client Services Associate. The Client Services Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns. The role involves assisting with financial planning and investment processes, managing client communications, and maintaining accurate client records. The Client Services Associate will also collaborate with financial advisors to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction:
- Answering phone calls, emails, and other inquiries from clients.
- Addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly and accurately.
- Building and maintaining positive client relationships.
Administrative Support:
- Maintaining client records and databases.
- Scheduling appointments and managing client communications.
- Preparing documents and presentations for client meetings.
- Processing client transactions and requests.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Supporting Financial Advisors:
- Assisting financial advisors with client onboarding and account maintenance.
- Preparing materials for client meetings and presentations.
- Tracking client activities and providing updates to advisors.
- Identifying and escalating client issues to the appropriate personnel.
Other Duties:
- Performing general office tasks, such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Assisting with marketing and sales efforts.
- Staying up to date on industry trends and regulations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in finance or a related field is preferred.
- 3 years of experience in financial planning, paraplanning, or advisory support

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $60,000 – $80,000
