As a key member of the leadership team reporting to the Brand President, the VP of Franchise Development will oversee the entire franchise sales lifecycle, from strategy development to candidate recruitment and onboarding. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement franchise growth strategies to attract high-caliber franchisees who drive systemwide unit economics and expansion.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze sales tactics, team performance, and lead generation strategies to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure consistent delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Lead Generation: Partner with Lead Generation teams to evaluate current lead flow and implement innovative methods to increase lead volume, quality, and conversion rates.
- Franchise Sales Management: Identify, attract, and close professionally and financially qualified franchise candidates who align with the brand's values and goals.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent while creating a culture of accountability, motivation, and success. Drive consistent team performance through coaching, mentorship, and ongoing skill development.
- Market Strategy: Develop and execute market strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified franchise candidates and achieve aggressive sales targets.
- Compliance Oversight: Ensure compliance with all state and federal franchise disclosure regulations, franchise agreements, and corporate policies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with brand leadership to align franchise development efforts with organizational strategy and vision.
- Process Improvement: Streamline systems, processes, and procedures to enhance efficiency and provide recommendations for improvements.
- FDD Expertise: Maintain a thorough understanding of the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), providing guidance and education to prospects and team members on its content and positioning.

Requirements:
- Proven success leading high-performing franchise sales teams, with measurable results in franchise growth and system expansion.
- Deep knowledge of Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs) and their practical application in the franchise sales process.
