Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ Certified Quality Manager).
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Familiarity with advanced statistical analysis tools.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality management systems in compliance with ISO 9000 standards.
- Conduct supplier audits and collaborate with suppliers to improve their quality processes.
- Utilize statistical process control to monitor and analyze manufacturing operations.
- Lead initiatives for scrap reduction and process improvement through value stream mapping.
- Train and mentor staff on quality standards and best practices to ensure adherence across all operations.
