The ideal candidate will have :
- 3-7 years of experience with insurance defense matters that includes taking depositions, litigating a case, trial work, attending hearings etc.
- Strong billing experience
- Impeccable writing skills and a solid academic background
- Exceptional client interaction skills with a strong belief in providing exceptional service
- A stable work history with a proven track record of success
- TX licensure in good standing
- A true passion for the practice of law
